Ciyutuo Town, belonging to luanzhou City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of luanzhou City, adjacent to xiaomazhuang town in the East, qingtuoying town in LUANNAN COUNTY in the south, Guye District in Tangshan City in the West and North, with an administrative area of 61.25 square kilometers.

In 1958, it belonged to songgezhuang people's commune; in 1984, it was abolished and changed into ciyutuo town; in March 1996, Tatuo township was incorporated into the city. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of 26745 people was in the town of tuyultuo. As of June 2020, ciyutuo town has jurisdiction over 28 administrative villages, and its people's government is stationed in ciyutuo forest farm.
