Huaiyang Town, belonging to Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Yuanshi County, bordering songcao town and Nanyin town in the East, Dongzhang Township in the South and Zhaotong Township in the West and North, with an administrative area of 52 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was a community in the city; on December 14, 1987, it was renamed Huaiyang town; on January 9, 1989, Yuanzhuang township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Huaiyang town has jurisdiction over 29 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in dongyuanzhuang village.

History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it was a community in the city.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was Chengguan Town, a district of Yuanshi County.
On December 3, 1947, after the liberation of Yuan's city, it was Chengguan District, located in Zhongjie.
In June 1953, it belonged to Chengguan town of the first district; in September of the same year, it was changed into a town.
In 1958, the two counties of Yuanshi and Gaoyi were merged into Gaoyuan County, belonging to Gaoyuan County; in December of the same year, Zanhuang county was merged into Gaoyuan county and renamed Yuanshi County, belonging to Chengguan commune of Yuanshi County.
In 1962, the three counties of Yuanshi, Gaoyi and Zanhuang were separated and still belonged to Chengguan commune of Yuanshi County.
In 1984, it was changed into Chengguan town.
On December 14, 1987, it was renamed Huaiyang town.
On January 9, 1989, Yuanzhuang township was incorporated.
