Longzhou Town, subordinate to Xingtang County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Xingtang County, bordering Duyanggang Township in the East, Zhili Township in the south, Shitong Township in the west, Nanqiao town in the north, with an administrative area of 42.43 square kilometers.

Fengchong temple is located in Longquan Middle School of Xingtang County. It was built in 556, the seventh year of Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty. It was rebuilt in Sui, song and Ming Dynasties, and the two wooden buildings of Tianwang hall and main hall were well preserved. The main hall is about 9 meters high, with an area of 169.5 square meters. It is three rooms wide and three rooms deep. It has single eaves and glazed tiles. The top of the mountain is of brick and wood structure. Fengchong temple was originally named Daoji temple. During the reign of Yongxi in Song Dynasty, the eminent monks advocated and argued Taoism and had a lot of spiritual traces. The name of fengchong temple was changed from the Song Dynasty. Fengchong temple is a key cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province.
