Musi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Nileke County, Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Nileke County, adjacent to Xinyuan County in the East and south, Gongnaisi sheep farm in the west, and grassland in kalatobie Township and hujiltai Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 946.66 square kilometers.
In 1986, Musi township was established. On June 7, 2018, the township of Musi was removed to build a town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of MoSi town was 14716. In June 2020, nine administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Musi town.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Musi town was 7.346 million yuan. In 2018, there were 84 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Musi town.
History of construction
In 1986, five villages were separated from hujiltai Township and kalatobie township to establish Musi township.
In 2006, the original actas ranch was incorporated into the farm.
On June 7, 2018, the township of Musi was removed to build a town.

By the end of 2011, Musi town had nine administrative villages: Musi, utu, honger Adel, aketubuick, Tuotie, Xingfu, akegar, Gongnaisi, animal husbandry and agriculture.
In June 2020, Musi town governs nine administrative villages: Musi village, Wutu village, honger ader village, Xingfu village, Tuotie village, aketubuick village, akegar village, nongnongnong village and akewuzike village. The people's Government of the town is stationed in Wutu village.
