DUWA Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Pishan County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Pishan County, adjacent to canggui Township in the East, kangkelkirgiz Township in the south, pialema Township in the West and pialema Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 3218.07 square kilometers.
Originally a management district in Tibet, it was separated from Tibet in 1984. It has 9264 registered residence households as of the end of 2018. As of October 2019, the town of Dewar has 1 communities and 8 administrative villages.

History of construction
It used to be a management area of Zang GUI township.
In 1958, it belonged to the happy commune.
In 1968, it was called the 12th brigade of Zang GUI commune.
In 1978, it was called Dewar brigade.
In 1984, DUWA town was set up.
