Jiashan town
Jia Shan town, a Chengde town in Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Chengde County, and is adjacent to the upper Valley Township. It is adjacent to Manchu Township and eight home towns. It connects West to lower plate towns, and north to seven towns, limi kiln Township and Pingquan County, with a total area of 171.16 square kilometers. Up to 2018, 22185 people registered residence.
In 1949, it was the third district of Chengde County. In 1955, the junior society was established. In 1961, Wuchang commune was established in Chengde County. In April 1984, the commune was abolished and Wuchang township was rebuilt. On January 26, 1989, Wuchang Township and huangzhangzi town were merged into jianjiashan town. As of June 2020, Jiashan town has 21 administrative villages.
