Jiahanbage Township, belonging to Moyu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Moyu County, adjacent to the karakashi River in the East and Hotan County, the Gobi in front of Kunlun Mountain in the south, aksalayi Township and Tuohula Township in the west, and karakashi town in the north, with an administrative area of 34.69 square kilometers.

Before the establishment of jiahanbage Township, it was under the jurisdiction of balamusuming; after the establishment of jiahanbage Township, it was under the jurisdiction of upper balamusuming; in the 1940s, it was under the jurisdiction of dalaxikan village and xibula village, the first district of Moyu county.
Before the founding of new China, she belonged to Dayou Township and Yude township of Moyu county.
In 1956, it was located in dundalalsha Township, dalalsha Township, eixikola Township, xitaqi Township and alixibaixi township of Moyu county. After communization, it belonged to upstream commune and Mengjin commune.

In 1978, it belonged to aksarayi commune and tohula commune.
