Yingbin Avenue street is a sub district office under the jurisdiction of Kashgar City, Xinjiang, and one of the urban centers of Kashgar. It was newly established in January 2016.

Evolution of organizational system

On January 9, 2016, the people's Government of the autonomous region agreed that Kashgar City should include the present naizebage Town, wasteland Township, chasa sub district office and yawage sub district office, and set up Yingbin Avenue sub district office, which is under the jurisdiction of Kashgar people's government. The sub district office is located at 526 Yingbin Avenue (formerly the activity room of naizeerbage Town Cultural Center).
