infrastructure
Luobo township is a remote Township in Muli County. For thousands of years, Songming torch and kerosene lamp are indispensable lighting tools for every household in Luobo township. Later, a small power station with an installed capacity of 160 kW was built in the whole township to supply power from isolated network in rainy season. However, due to the lack of electricity, the reliability and stability of power supply are not guaranteed. Most of the time, the villagers' living lighting mainly depends on pine juice, torches and candles. Even if some villagers buy electrical appliances, they can only become furnishings. Luobo Township began to carry out 10kV rural power grid transformation. The power from the State Grid has been sent to Luobo township. He Yongxiang said that through scientific planning, Xichang Electric Power Bureau and Muli electric power company will strive to completely solve the problem of power grid construction in Tibetan areas in three to five years.
