Wenbashi
It is located in Baicheng County, Akesu, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the southern part of Baicheng county and south of the county. In 1955, mistimer was drawn out of the wimbash district. In 1958, wenbashi commune was established. In October 1984, it was changed to wenbashi township. As of October 2019, wenbashi township has 14 administrative villages and 1 living area.

Historical evolution
In the 35th year of the Republic of China (before 1946), wenbashibao and Kaiwai zilikbao were established. Wenbashibao was under the jurisdiction of qarqi district (three districts, Xinyi township), and Kaiwai zilikbao was under the jurisdiction of Lestai district (one district).
In 1946, wenbashebao was under the jurisdiction of Heping Township, and Kaiwai zilikebao was still under the jurisdiction of Lestai district.
