Xiji'er Town, subordinate to Mulei Kazak Autonomous County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County, adjacent to Dongcheng Town in the East, Shanshan County in Turpan area in the south, laoqitai town in Qitai County in the west, and queren Township in the north. In 1984, Xiji township was built. In 1994, the township was removed and the town was built. In October 2019, xijil town has four administrative villages.
