Zhaocun town

Zhaocun town is located in the southwest of Luoning County, the government is located in Zhaocun, 13 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to Chenwu Township in the East, Jingyang town in the west, Xiong'er mountain in the South and Luanchuan in the north, and Luohe River in the north. The total area is 138.8 square kilometers, including 43000 mu of cultivated land and 750000 mu of forest land. The southern mountainous area accounts for 50% of the total area. Ligangzhai is 1975.4 meters above sea level, the second highest peak in the county. The northern Sichuan area accounts for about 10% of the total area, and the central tableland area accounts for about 40% of the total area. It belongs to dagoukou irrigation area, with an irrigated area of more than 2000 hectares, accounting for about 70% of the commonly used cultivated land in the township. It is one of the five granaries in Luoning.

Evolution of organizational system

During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Fan Village, and during the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to four districts. In 1947, it belonged to the eighth district. On the 11th, Luoning County was divided into Luonan County and Luobei county. Zhao village was the Second District of Luonan County. From June 1948 to March 1949, Luonan County government was stationed in Fan Village (now Fan Village). In March 1949, Luonan and Luobei were merged into Luoning County, and Zhaocun belonged to the eighth district (Zhaocun District). Zhaocun Central Township was established in 1955, Zhaocun people's commune was established in 1958, and it was separated from xishandi commune in 1970. In 1984, the commune was changed to township. In November 2011, with the approval of the provincial government, the township was withdrawn to build a town.

Zhaocun township has perfect water conservancy facilities and superior agricultural production conditions, 3000 hectares of woodland and 3000 hectares of barren slopes, which has obvious advantages in forestry and animal husbandry production. Since the 1980s, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry have developed rapidly. The private economy, which is mainly mining, has made rapid progress, and its comprehensive economic strength has improved rapidly. In 2010, the total economic income reached 518.85 million yuan, the general budget income of township finance reached 7.67 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers reached 3936 yuan, and the investment in rural collective fixed assets reached 940 million yuan.
