Daban Town
Daban Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dabancheng District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Dabancheng district. It is adjacent to daheyan town of Turpan City in the East, Xia township of tuokesun County in the south, Chaiwopu in the west, Xigou Township and Donggou Township in the North. The administrative area is 536.61 square kilometers.

History of construction
During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, the kalabar garrison was set up.
