Tumenguan Township, subordinate to Huangzhong District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, is located in the southeast of Huangzhong District, adjacent to Tianjiazhai town in the East, Qunjia Township in the south, Shangxinzhuang town in the West and Zongzhai town in the north, with an administrative area of 112 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 18834 people had registered residence in Tumen county. As of October 2019, 19 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Tumen Guan township.
