Erjue township is located in the East and west of Yuexi County, adjacent to siganpu Township in the East, Shugu Township and Labai Township in the south, Dingshan Township and Darui Township in the west, and Tiexi Township in the north. The highest altitude of the township is 2936.6 meters, the lowest altitude is 1670 meters, and the altitude of the township government is 1799 meters.

In December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to abolish erjue Township and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of erjue Town, which is located at 94 erjue street, siwopu village.

General situation

By the end of 2007, there were 6 administrative villages, 17 villager groups, 5206 people, 194 non-agricultural population, and the per capita net income was 2095 yuan;
