Chuancheng town

Chuancheng Town, belonging to Yongjing County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Yongjing County, adjacent to Hongquan town in the East, Xiaoling Township in the south, Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County in Qinghai Province in the West and Xinsi Township in the north. The area is 64 square kilometers. In 2018, 7095 people registered residence.

In Qing Dynasty, it belonged to 17 associations of BEIXIANG. From 1929 to 1949, it was a town of fraternity. From December 1949 to 1957, it successively belonged to Chuancheng District, Xinsi district and the Fifth District. In 1958, it belonged to Xinsi commune. In 1961, Chuancheng commune was established. In 1983, it was changed to urban and rural areas in Sichuan. In 2001, the township was removed and the town was built. In October 2019, six administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Chuancheng town.

In 2018, there are 8 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Chuancheng town.
