Nanlou Township, subordinate to Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Zhengding County, with Lingshou County in the northwest, Xingtang County in the north and Xinle City in the northeast. The administrative area is 84.44 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 58383 households registered residence in Nan Lou village.
During the period of the Republic of China, Nanlou township was established; in January 1984, it was restored to Nanlou township; in 1996, lishuangdian Township and wanminzhuang Township were merged. As of June 2020, Nanlou township has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Nanlou village.
At the end of 2011, the total revenue of Nanlou township was 7.16 million yuan, including 3.267 million yuan of local tax and 3.97 million yuan of national tax. In 2018, there were 71 industrial enterprises in Nanlou Township, including 4 above scale enterprises and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

During the period of the Republic of China, a township was set up in Nanlou.
In 1956, Nanlou township was built.
In 1959, it was the south building management area.
In 1961, Nanlou commune was founded.
In January 1984, it was restored to Nanlou township.
In 1996, lishuangdian Township and wanminzhuang Township were merged.
