Wudang Township
Wudang Township, subordinate to Zhangxian County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Zhangxian County, adjacent to Wushan County in the East, Xinsi town in the south, Maquan town in the West and Wuyang town in the north, with an administrative area of 90.87 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 10582 people had registered residence in Wudang township. As of June 2020, 10 administrative villages had been administered in the rural area of Wudang, and the town government was located in the lower reaches of Lijiahe village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Wudang township was 310000 yuan, an increase of 1% over the previous year. At the end of the year, the balance of various deposits was 15470000 yuan, an increase of 10.2% over the previous year. History of construction
It was originally the land of the eighteen villages of Hongmen village in Minxian county.
In 1932, it was transferred to chengmali, Zhangxian county.
In January, 1941, it belonged to Chaoyang township.
In September 1949, it belonged to Chaoyang District.
In March 1952, Wudang township was established.
In April 1958, it was Wudang administrative area of Xinsi commune.
In January 1962, Wudang commune was established.
It was changed to Wudang Township in February 1984.

Wudang township has two gullies and one mountain, covered by loess and exposed rocks. It is a typical loess ridge and gully landform. The highest peak is located in Tielong mountain, with an altitude of 2508m; the lowest point is at the mouth of Suolong gully, with an altitude of 1700m.

There are two seasonal rivers in Wudang Township, Shiqiang ditch (a tributary of Zhanghe River) is 9 km long, with a total runoff of 8.63 million cubic meters; suolonggou (a tributary of Longchuan River) is 7 km long, with a total runoff of 7.89 million cubic meters.
