Lanqi town
LAN Qi Town, belonging to Longhua County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Longhua County, adjacent to Longhua Town in the East and south, and adjacent to the old town in the West. It borders on the eight battalion Township and the Tang Tou Gou town in the north, and the area is 265.26 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 20615.
In 1956, it belonged to Bada camp. In 1958, it belonged to badaying commune. In 1982, it belonged to the Shaofu Working Committee. In 1984, it was transferred to Lanqi district. In 1991, the district was withdrawn and Lanqi town was established. At the same time, two townships, daliangjianfang and beiwopu, were merged. As of June 2020, Lanqi town has 18 administrative villages.
