Jiuxian Township
Jiuxian Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Ning County, with Ziwuling in the East, miqiao Township and Pingzi town in the south, Chunrong Township and Xiangle town in the west, and Jincun Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 108 square kilometers.
In 1935, it was the first district of Xinning County; in 1983, it was changed to Jiuxian township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of nine townships was 9272. In June 2020, Jiuxian rural area has jurisdiction over two living areas and six administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Jiuxian township was 610000 yuan, an increase of 15.1% over the previous year. In 2018, Jiuxian township has two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1935, it was the first district of Xinning County.
In 1949, it was renamed Jiuxian district.
In 1958, it was changed into Jiuxian commune.
In 1962, Jincun commune was incorporated.
In 1965, Liangzhang commune was incorporated into the society.
In 1978, Jincun commune was established.
In 1983, it was changed to Jiuxian township.

In June 2020, Jiuxian rural area has jurisdiction over two living areas and six administrative villages: Jiuxian forest farm living area, Guihua garden farm living area, beizhuangzi village, chuankouzi village, Jiuxian village, Lujia village, mawa village and Zuochuan village.
