Sanjia Township, subordinate to Zhengning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Zhengning County, at the West foot of Ziwuling, adjacent to Zhitian Town, Xunyi County, Shaanxi Province in the south, and wuqingyuan Hui Township, qiutou Township and Yonghe town in the north, with a total administrative area of 240.6 square kilometers.
In the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to xiangmiaoli; in June 1959, it was renamed Sanjia commune; in September 1983, it was renamed Sanjia township. By the end of 2018, registered residence in San Jia township was 6284. In June 2020, Sanjia township has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages and 2 village level units.
At the end of 2011, the total revenue of Sanjia township was 923000 yuan, an increase of 20.6% over the previous year. In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise and two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Sanjia township.
History of construction
In the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to the incense temple.
In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to hehengli and later to Nanxiang of Zhengning county.
The first year of the Republic of China (1912), belongs to Yonghe district.
In August 1935, it belonged to Sanjia District of Xinzheng County.
In June 1949, the original Langya village in Fuyi county was included.
In May 1956, Sanjia district was abolished and nanzhuangzi and Guanjiachuan counties were set up to govern the townships.
In September 1958, nanzhuangzi and Guanjiachuan were merged into nanzhuangzi commune.
In June 1959, it was renamed Sanjia commune.
In September 1983, it was changed to Sanjia township.

By the end of 2011, Sanjia Township had seven administrative villages: LINPO, Dongzhuang, Houpo, langyawa, songshuping, Guanchuan and Liuchuan, and 39 villager groups.
