Three important towns

Sanyao town is subordinate to Luonan County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of Luonan County, bordering Gaoyao town and guanpo town of Lushi County in Sanmenxia City in the East, Danfeng County in the south, SIPO town in the west, Lingkou town and Zhuyang town in Lingbao City in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 40 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 19 kilometers, with a total area of 102.42 square kilometers.

Sanyao street, the seat of Sanyao town government, is one of the famous ancient towns in Luonan. In 1477, there was a Sanyao inspection department in Chenghua of the Ming Dynasty, which was abolished in the Qing Dynasty. Today, there are still village names of Beisi and Nansi. Sanyaojie is also a millennium post station on the Jianganling passage. It is famous for its hundred Li area. It used to be a gathering place for merchants and trade. Fengji is a famous border trade town in the east of Luonan.

As of June 2020, Sanyao town has one community and nine administrative villages. By the end of 2018, three had 18281 registered residence population. In 2011, the total financial revenue of Sanyao town was 830500 yuan, the total agricultural output value was 120 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4820 yuan.

Historical evolution

Located at the junction of Luonan, Lushi and Lingbao counties, it is the traffic fortress of the three ancient roads, so it is named "Sanyao".

In 1477, there were three inspection departments. It was cancelled in the Qing Dynasty.

The first year of the Republic of China (1912), the establishment of the county assistant.

Dongsha river flows into Luohe River in Qianchang formation of Muchang village. The area of agricultural cultivated land is 21600 mu.
