Xiaohaotu Township belongs to Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the northernmost part of Yuyang District, adjacent to dabudang town and erlinhu town of Shenmu city in the East, Southeast and northeast, Mengjiawan Township in the south, Chaheze Township in the southwest, and Tuke banner of Wushen Banner in Ordos City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west, northwest and North. The maximum distance between the north and the south is 28.7 kilometers, and the maximum distance between the East and the west is 42 kilometers, with a total area of 586.03 square kilometers.

Historical evolution
