Zhuanjing Town, belonging to Dingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the east of Dingbian County, adjacent to xin'anbian Town, Hequan Town, bainijing Town, etc. The largest distance is 25 km, the largest 52 km from north and south, the total area is 681.79 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 28448 (2018).

Historical evolution
From the Ming Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty, the fort belonged to the border camp in the west of Yansui town. After Dingbian county was set up, there were Tang, Lu, Suo and Pai under the fort.

The origin of the name
The brick well is named after the brick well nearby. According to the old annals, in the west of zhuanjing fort, there was an old well and brick attack, because of the famous fort. Brick well Fort
Zhuanjing fort is located in zhuanjing Town, 12 kilometers southeast of Dingbian county. It is one of the "36 Ying fort" in Yansui town of the great wall of Ming Dynasty. It is 0.1 kilometers away from Dabian of the Great Wall in the north. It was first built in the second year of Zhengtong (1437) of the Ming Dynasty. It was named after an old brick well nearby. In the sixth year of Wanli (1578) of the Ming Dynasty, the city wall was raised and built with bricks. It was repaired in the 34th year of Qianlong (1769) of the Qing Dynasty.
