Hongliugou town
Hongliugou Town, belonging to Dingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, is located 33 kilometers southwest of Dingbian county. It is adjacent to dashuikeng town of Yanchi County in Ningxia in the west, yanchangbao town in the north, Hequan Town, baiwanzi town and fengdikeng town in the East and south. It is the "southwest gate" of Dingbian county. The total area is 386 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 18426 (2018).
After the Qing Dynasty established the county, the town belonged to xingshengtang. In 1947, the county government changed Hongliugou into Xingsheng township. In 1958, it was transformed into Hongliugou people's commune. In 1984, the town was changed. As of October 2019, Hongliugou town has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.
In 2010, the GDP of Hongliugou town reached 78.29 million yuan, the total financial revenue reached 4.35 million yuan, the accumulated investment in fixed assets reached 33 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers reached 9512 yuan. In 2017, there were 87 enterprises and 435 employees in Hongliugou town. In 2018, there will be 7 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Hongliugou town.
Historical evolution
After the Qing Dynasty established the county, the town belonged to xingshengtang.
In the reform of the Republic of China, two districts were set up first, and then the joint insurance office was set up.
In 1936, Yangquan mountain was divided into districts. The town is home to the countryside.

The landform of Hongliugou town is obviously inclined from south to north, with mountainous area in the south, saline alkali beach area in the middle and windy sand area in the north, belonging to the transition zone between Baiyu mountainous area and Maowusu Desert. There are Ma'anshan and Yangquan mountains in the territory, with the highest altitude of 1875 meters.

Qiaomiangetuo
Qiaomiangetuo is a Han nationality snack in Dingbian, Shaanxi Province. Mix the buckwheat noodles with water, roll them into 3cm thick slices with fists, cut them into small finger sized cubes, push them into getuo shape with thumb one by one, cook them in a pot, pour them with mutton saozi soup, and add seasoning.
History and culture
According to the old records, "the county belongs to the small ditch in front of the Longwang temple in the north of Hongliugou street in Southwest China. In the old days, the red willows on both sides of the river were set off, so it was a place name."
