Xujiawan street, belonging to Weiyang District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the northeast of Weiyang District. The origin of place names
The village was named after xujiawan village. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the villagers were separated from xujiabao and a new village was built at gucaoquwan.
History of construction
In June 1960, it was the red flag branch of caotan commune in Weiyang District.
In December 1961, xujiawan commune was established, located in the west of xujiawan village.
In October 1965, it was assigned to the new urban area.
In September 1968, it was renamed Liaoyuan road commune.
In 1972, it was renamed xujiawan commune.
In December 1978, it was changed to xujiawan street.
In April 1980, it belongs to Weiyang District.
In April 1998, seven villages in Tan's hometown, Hexi, zhangqianhu, Lianhe, Hongguang, Xinguang, Beichen and Yuanluo, were designated as xujiawan street.
In June 2000, xuejiazhai village was designated as xujiawan street.
