New construction in urban and rural areas
The newly-built houses in nimajiangre township are well planned, and the design reflects the characteristics of local dwellings. It also changes the previous structure of rural houses where people and animals live together, and greatly improves the functionality. In the process of implementing the project, Mozhugongka County attaches great importance to the planning work, strives for various forces, achieves the planning and design first, and ensures the smooth implementation of the project. The typical characteristics of the dwellings in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet are that people live upstairs, people live downstairs, or people live in the inner courtyard, people live outside the courtyard; houses are closely connected with houses, or people live scattered, and the village roads are narrow. Not only the sanitary condition is poor, but also the water, electricity, fire and other work is very difficult. During the implementation of the rural and pastoral housing project in Mozhugongka County, Lhasa planning and Design Institute is entrusted to carry out the planning and design for the centralized relocation points and villages with relatively centralized transformation; Nanjing Planning and Design Institute is responsible for the planning and design of the market town. On this basis, technical cadres from some units and skilled craftsmen from various villages and towns were selected by the county's rural and herdsmen's housing engineering office to design the construction drawings of typical households of rural and herdsmen's housing engineering in combination with the local people's production, living needs and living style. Three types of households, large, medium and small, were drawn for reference by the masses, and then the courtyard layout was carried out according to the local village planning .
