Luoen township is subordinate to Honghe County, Yunnan Province. The road to the county is Tanshi road. The traffic is very convenient, 72 kilometers away from the county.

It is adjacent to azahe Township in the East, Jiache Township in the south, Baohua Township in the West and Luchun County in the north.
