The village of Bing Cao, a city belonging to Shenzhou City, Hengshui, Hebei, is located in the northwest of Shenzhou City, east of Chen Shi Town, south of Mu village and Shenzhou Town, west of Xinji City, Anping County, North connecting Tang Feng Town, and its area is 62.15 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 34247.
In 1948, it belonged to the Second District of Shen county. In 1949, it was divided into two districts and three districts. In 1958, it belonged to Tang Feng commune. In 1961, the army Cao commune was established. In 1984, it was changed to Bing Cao township. In 1996, Shuangjing township was incorporated. As of June 2020, bingcao township has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages.
