Changliu Township
Changliu township is the only township (town) in Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, which is more than 100 kilometers away from the county seat. Changliu township is located in the northernmost end of Qinglong County, 101 kilometers away from the county seat, and is located in the north gate of Qianxinan Prefecture. It is connected with Houchang Township, Shuicheng County, Liupanshui City in the north, across the river from Zhongzhai Township, liuzhite District in the East, and adjacent to Longyin Town, Pu'an County in the west, so it is known as "one sound startles four counties".

Historical overview
In 1988, Changliu Township and Luda Township were under the jurisdiction of Zhongying district. In 1992, Changliu Township and Luda Township were merged into Changliu Township, and 18 administrative villages were under its jurisdiction. From 2005 to 2006, Guangzhao Hydropower Station was built in Qinglong County. More than 4000 immigrants moved to Wulipai village and Xinzhai Village in Huagong. In the total population, the Miao nationality is the main, accounting for 25387, accounting for 97.27%; the Buyi Nationality is 712, accounting for 2.73% of the total population. In 2011, the birth rate was 7.92 ‰, the death rate was 7.35 ‰, and the natural growth rate was 0.57 ‰. The maximum distance from east to west is 4 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 21 km, with a total area of 64 square kilometers. The land area is 62 square kilometers, accounting for 96.87%; the water area is 2 square kilometers, accounting for 3.13%. The population density is 408 per square kilometer. The cultivated land area is 18000 mu, 0.7 mu per capita, including 6000 mu of paddy field and 12000 mu of dry land, mainly for wheat, corn, rice and vegetables.

Natural resources and disasters
It belongs to the upper reaches of Beipan River in Zhujiang River system. Beipanjiang River comes from the northwest, changes its direction in xianrentun, Xiliu village, and flows to the southeast. The river is 16 kilometers long. Guangzhao lake, located in the south, North and east of Changliu Township, is an important livestock water lake of Guangzhao Hydropower Station in Qinglong County. the main mineral resources in the territory are coal, with proven reserves of 540 million tons, mainly distributed in Lantian village in the southeast. There are three licensed coal mines in the territory, and one coal mine is currently produced. The main natural disasters are hail, drought, flood, wind, frost, lightning and so on. Every time it rains and thunders, lightning accidents often occur, and household appliances are often destroyed by lightning, but there are no casualties. Xianren Village
Along the Guangzhao Lake upstream, on the other side of the Beipan River in Changliu Township, where Liuzhi is bordered, there is a special shaped hill, which is called xianrentun by the local people. from a distance, Xianren village looks like a crown, a big seal, and the lotus terrace where the legendary Guanyin Bodhisattva sits. From a distance, Xianren village seems not big, but when you go to Xianren village, there are about ten thousand square meters above it. Now there are more than 40 households living in it. It is a villager group in Xiliu village of Changliu Township, about 2 kilometers away from Xiantian.
Huayueyan Gorge
the old name of the line is "huayueyan gorge", which used to be called by local people. As a matter of fact, yixiantian is a new name given by fishermen. XIGA "yixiantian" is often used by fishermen in Guizhou. It is located in Changliu Township, Qinglong County, Beipanjiang river. This canyon is also the junction of Qinglong and Pu'an. There is a "Shiniu horn" on huayueyan, which used to be a "communication tool", When people go back and forth from the path to Pu'an on a sunny day, they will take a short rest in huayueyan and blow the "stone ox horn" for a while. The sound will be heard in the whole Changliu village and at home, as a signal that the family members are coming home.
Light lake, a line of sky
after the formation of Guangzhao lake, the water area of Changliu Township reached 85000 mu, and the scenery of "yixiantian" gorge was beautiful. Boating in longtouzhai gorge under huayueyan, the sky seems to be closed. Although there is no awe inspiring momentum of the Three Gorges, it is unique in the beauty of "yixiantian". There is a poem: "Huayue ferry hundred Ge hair, dragon's head village sunset, looking up at the sky into a line, the surging river Taozhu sand." The "yixiantian" gorge has been rated as grade 4 tourism resources of geological and geomorphological features by the province.

Xiliu village of Changliu township is located in the north of Qinglong County, 101 kilometers away from the county. It is the seat of Changliu township government.
