History of construction
From Tang Dynasty to the end of Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Bozhou. In 1601, Zunyi county was restored to pingshuili and qingtanli in Nanxiang county. in 1913, it was divided into South second lower district and South fourth lower district. In 1949, it belonged to Tuanxi district. In 1961, Maoli and Fuxing communes were established. In 1984, Maoguo commune and Fuxing commune were changed into townships.
