Xiaobibuyi Miao township is located in the east of Guiyang City, 10.3km long from east to west and 11km wide from south to north. The total area of the township is 66.04km2. The township governs 12 administrative villages, with a cultivated area of 11197, including 6390 mu of paddy fields and 4807 mu of dry land. It borders Gujiao town of Longli County in the East, mengguan Township in the south, Longdongbao office in the West and Yongle Township in the north.

Geography and climate
Xiaobibuyi Miao township is located in low mountains, valleys and hills. The surface soil layer is thick, the soil layer coverage is high, and the terrain fluctuates little. The average altitude is 1130 meters. The highest is Dadi Chongli slope, with an altitude of 1444 meters. The lowest is yunpan Sancha River, with an altitude of 1070 meters. The main rivers in the township are Dalongtan River, Maodong River and Xiaobi river.
