Luguhu town

Luguhu town is located in the west of Yanyuan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is 118 km away from Yanyuan County in the East, 256 km away from Xichang, 85 km away from Ninglang and 218 km away from Lijiang in the south.

On June 12, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Yanyuan County and other five counties (cfzm [2020] No. 7): qiansuo township was abolished, and the administrative areas of former qiansuo Township and former gaizu Township, gaizu village, Ashi village, Huixiang village and Maza village were put under the jurisdiction of Luguhu Town, and Luguhu Town People's government was stationed at No. 99, LADA street, duoshe village.

Lugu Lake is a plateau freshwater lake, belonging to Jinsha River water system. The lake covers an area of 55 square kilometers, including 48 square kilometers of water area (bright sea) and 7 square kilometers of Caohai. It is 9.5 km long from north to south, 5.2 km wide from east to west, and 44 km long. The maximum water depth is 93.5 meters, and about half of the lakes are deeper than 50 meters, with an average water depth of 40.3 meters, ranking third in China's deep-water lakes. The lake reservoir has a capacity of 1.953 billion cubic meters. The maximum transparency of lake water is 12M, pH value is between 7.7 and 8.6, salinity is 0.54mg/l, and total hardness of fresh water is 5.5. The water quality reaches the national surface water class I standard. The lake water is mainly supplied by karst cave, underground river and rainwater. The average annual precipitation is about 1000 mm. 89% of the annual precipitation is concentrated in June to October. From June to October every year, the lake water flows into Yalong River through dacaohai and gaizu River in the East. The discharge from the lake reaches 3-5 m3 / s in flood season. After October, the discharge is very small, and there is almost no leakage from January to May every year. The lake is a semi closed lake with good runoff producing conditions, abundant water supply and relatively small water loss.
