Zongta Township

Zongta township is under the jurisdiction of Luhuo County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Before liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of the Wasi tribe. Zongta township is located in the northeast of the county, 65 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 431.95 square kilometers and has a population of 2395 (2017). It has jurisdiction over four village committees, namely jiangba, Jiazhong, Tawa and sekoma.

Zongta township was established in 1960; zongta commune was changed in 1966; zongta township was restored in 1984.
