Luhua town

Luhua town is the seat of Heishui County Committee of the Communist Party of China and Heishui County People's government. It is located in the middle of Heishui County, at the intersection of Heishui River and deshiwogou, covering an area of 1170.7 square kilometers. It is the political, economic and cultural center of the county. The county is composed of six neighborhood committees, namely Shengli Road, Changzheng Road, Tuanjie Road, main street, West Street and South Street, with an average altitude of 2350 meters and a total population of 28121 （2017）。

Luhua town is an ancient Guoling county. Tang Dynasty belongs to Tongji county. In the seventh year of Kaiyuan (719 AD), dangzhou city was set up with 500 troops. In the first year of Changqing (821 AD), it was divided into Tubo, where Tibetan and Qiang people lived together for generations. In the 43rd year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty (1778 AD), it was under the command of suomo chieftain. When suomo chieftain was in charge of Heishui, he built Xinggong Yamen and built a 25.5-meter-high stone watchtower. Xinggong yamen was destroyed by the "Bashi Hezhu" incident in Tongzhi period. From the end of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, there were eight households living in the village, forming a small Tibetan village, surrounded by desolation, which became the horse herding ground of the leader of dangkanglun. In 1932, Luhua town was included in the atlas of Shanghai newspaper in the name of "Luhua city". After the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the establishment of state-owned enterprises and county-owned enterprises, the business divisions of Commerce and trade, small industry, transportation, posts and telecommunications, finance, grain and oil, culture, education, medicine, health, etc. developed greatly, and the number of residents gradually increased. In January 1958, Luhua town was officially established with the approval of the people's Committee of Aba Prefecture.

Dagu iceberg

It is located on Dagu snow mountain in sandagu village, Luhua Town, Heishui County, at an altitude of 3800-5100 meters. The peak of Dagu snow mountain is covered with snow all the year round.
