Changheyuan town

Changheyuan town belongs to Anyue County, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the northeast of Anyue County, adjacent to Yaoshi town in the East, Tuanjie Township in the south, Chengbei Township in the west, Tianma Township and Renhe Township in the north. Its total area is 52.98 square kilometers.

Historical evolution

The name was originally named Changhe (Tubian) township. Later, because it could not be printed, it was reported to the Sichuan Provincial Department of civil affairs for approval. In December 2007, it became more current.

In the Qing Dynasty, Changhe Town was set up, belonging to Zheguo township.

In 1932, Changhe township was established.

In 1950, it belonged to the third district.

In 1956, it belonged to Tongxian district.

In 1958, the township was transformed into a commune, and the unity and democracy of the two townships were merged.

In 1961, United and democratic communes were established.

On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Ziyang City (cfgm [2019] No. 19): Tuanjie Township was cancelled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of changheyuan Town, and the people's Government of changheyuan town was stationed at No. 61, government street.
