Jiuceng Township
Jiuceng township is located in the northeast of Tongjiang County, 86 kilometers away from the county seat, with 107 ° 39 'east longitude and 32 ° 04' north latitude. It borders Siluo Township and Xindian township of Wanyuan city in the East, longfengchang Township in the south, Hongkou town in the West and Xikou Township of Wanyuan City in the north. There are 6000 pigs, 150 cattle and 2500 sheep in the market every year. In 2004, the GDP was 15 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 1285 yuan.

Hongkou Shaxi highway runs through the territory. It is a red tourist route connecting the tomb of Wangping martyr in Shaxi and the site of Wanyuan red guard station. It is also an important traffic route in Hongkou area. In 2007, it was rebuilt into a cement road, with a total investment of more than 9 million yuan, of which 100000 yuan was raised by the group per kilometer and 400000 yuan was subsidized by the state per kilometer. There are 7 village roads of 42 kilometers, 7 administrative villages and 45 agricultural cooperatives in the township have been connected with roads. There is a large reservoir and a small type-2 reservoir, which can irrigate the farmland of the other six villages except zhaoyuanshan village. There are three drinking water projects for people and livestock, which have solved the problem of safe drinking water for more than 600 people with unsafe drinking water. In 2007, the state implemented the rural power grid transformation and household power supply project, and every household in the township was electrified. In 2005, the first mobile base station was built, with 85% signal coverage. In 2003, a program-controlled switching room was built, with 80% telephone access (including Telecom's Daling and mobile phones) and 90% TV access.
