Zhangou town

Zhangou town is located in the southeast of Lixin County, Anhui Province, bordering Shangtang Township and Yangcun township of Fengtai County in the southeast, Chenqiao town of Yingshang County in the south, Xifei river flows through the middle of the town, and Sugou and Maogou pass through. It governs 15 village committees, 120 natural villages, and the town people's government is located in Zhangou Jibin, near the Bank of Xifei River, 35 kilometers away from Lixin County. It is the largest agricultural and sideline products distribution center at the junction of Huainan, Fuyang and Bozhou.

Historical evolution

According to Fengtai County annals written by Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty, Zhangou is the hometown of zhanqin (Liu Xiahui), a senior official of the state of Lu in the spring and Autumn period; Zhangou is a collection of Liulin village in the southwest, where the old Liuzhuang temple is located, and the story of "Liu Xiahui sitting in his arms is not in disorder" takes place.
