Luobo Township
Luobo township is located on the West Bank of Minjiang River in the southwest corner of Qingshen County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, with a total population of 9100 (2017). It is famous for ferry in history, so it is commonly known as luobaodu. Luobo township has 14000 mu of cultivated land, 382-586 meters above sea level, 900-1200 mm of annual rainfall, mild climate and fertile land. There are some barren hillsides for development and utilization. It is a typical agricultural township in mountainous area. It is a shallow hilly area with flat terrain, fertile soil, superior agricultural natural conditions and rich natural resources. The main agricultural products are: rice, wheat, corn, pigs, and all kinds of cereals. In particular, Guanggan in our Township grows well with moderate taste, sweet and refreshing, and contains a variety of vitamins .
Basic introduction
Luobo township is 20 kilometers south of Qingshen County, covering an area of 49.54 square kilometers. It governs 7 administrative villages, 51 villager groups and tianmiaochang Town, including Longquan Village, Xinqiao village, Xiba village, Baojing village, Xiaoxi village, Guandoushan village and Shijiagou village. With a total population of 9100 (2017), and a cultivated area of 14062 mu, it is a typical agricultural township. There are Qingle Road, Luoxin road and Longxian road. Chengdu Mianyang Leshan intercity railway passes through the border, and Hanyang avionics of Minjiang River is located here.

Luobo Township originally governs 8 villages: Longquan Village, Xinqiao village, Shihua village, Xiba village, Xiaoxi village, Baojing village, Songjiang village and Shunhe village. On April 30, 2005, Sichuan Provincial People's Government (No. 13 of Sichuan civil administration) approved Qingshen county to abolish 8 townships of Qingcheng, Qingzhu, Tianchi, Tianmiao, Wengjia, Luowan, guanjin and Guihua, expand the administrative area of 6 townships, merge the jurisdiction of the former Tianmiao Township into Luobo Township, and merge the original sub villages. By April 2014, Luobo township has jurisdiction over Longquan Village, Xinqiao village, Xiba village, Xiaoxi village and Baobao village Jing Village, Guandoushan village, Shijiagou Village 7 villages, 51 villager groups.

Longquan Village Longquan village is located along Qingle Road, with Longxian road passing through. It covers an area of 6.9 square kilometers, has 9 economic groups, 905 households and 2745 people, and has a forest area of 191.72 hectares, mainly planted with vegetables, rice and trees. Xinqiao village Xinqiao village is located along Qingle Road, passing through the town. Luotu road leads to Qingzhou township of Jiajiang County. It covers an area of 5.5 square kilometers. There are 5 economic groups with a population of 2256 and 723 households. It is mainly planted with rice, kiwi and trees. Xiba village, covering an area of 8.8 square kilometers, has seven economic groups with a population of 2259 and 734 households. Luotu road leads to Qingzhou township of Jiajiang County. Rice and vegetables are the main crops in agriculture, ducks and pigs are the main breeding industries. Baojing village Baojing village is located along Qingle Road, covering an area of 8.5 square kilometers. There are 9 economic groups with a population of 2055 and 714 households. The forest area is 443.65 hectares, mainly planted with Ponkan, rice, vegetables and trees. Xiaoxi village Xiaoxi village covers an area of 5.4 square kilometers, with 7 economic groups, a population of 1550 and 492 households. Luoxin road leads to Xinchang Town of Jiajiang County. Rice, vegetables, tea, Ponkan and trees are the main crops in agriculture, and chicken is the main breeding industry. Guandoushan village Guandoushan village covers an area of 7.9 square kilometers. There are 8 economic groups with a population of 2107 and 684 households. Longxian road passes through the territory. The forest covers an area of 303.19 hectares, mainly planted with rice, rattan pepper and trees. Shijiagou village Shijiagou village covers an area of 6.6 square kilometers and has six economic groups with a population of 1746 and 576 households. The forest area is 315.81 hectares. Rice, trees, tea and Ponkan are the main crops in agriculture, while sheep and chickens are the main breeding industries.

Luobo Township covers an area of 49.6 square kilometers, with a total population of 14005 in 2012, including 334 urban permanent residents. There are 418 floating population. In the total population, there are 7086 males, accounting for 50.6%; 6919 females, accounting for 49.4%; in the total population, there are mainly 13590 Han people, accounting for 99.7%; there are also six ethnic minorities, including Yi, Qiang, Dai, accounting for 46, accounting for 0.3% of the total population. In 2012, the birth rate was 14 ‰, the death rate was 8 ‰, and the natural growth rate was 6 ‰.

Luobo township is the only way from Qingshen county to the Central District of Leshan City. It is the South Gate of Qingshen county. Qingle highway runs through the whole area from north to south through Chang town. The territory is mostly Quaternary shallow hill red bed landform, adjacent to Minjiang River in the East, with an altitude of 382-586 meters. The Minjiang River exit in the South has the lowest altitude and the highest peak is at Dingguo mountain in Longquan village or Guandou mountain in Guandou village. Luobo township is adjacent to Ruifeng town and Xilong town in the north, Yuelai Township in the Central District of Leshan City in the south, Xinchang Town and Qingzhou Township in Jiajiang County in the west, and Hanyang town in the east across the river.

The annual average precipitation is 1050 mm, and the rainfall is concentrated from June to August every year, with the most in August.

The main rivers in the territory are Minjiang River, a first-class river with a length of 7 km and a drainage area of 3.6 square kilometers, and Jinniu River, a second-class river with a length of 8 km. There are four water conservancy projects in the territory, with water storage capacity of more than 1 million cubic meters. Caigou reservoir, located in Xiba village, is the largest reservoir, which was built in 1953 with annual water storage capacity of 270000 cubic meters. There are 109 shanpingtang reservoirs with water storage capacity of 660000 cubic meters.

According to the statistical data of Qingshen Yearbook 2011, in 2011, the input of industrial fixed assets was 30.2 million yuan, completing 151% of the task; the total industrial output value was 47.38 million yuan, completing 189.5% of the task; the industrial warehousing tax was 4.1 million yuan, ranking the fourth in the county. Among them, Qingshen Minda Electronics Co., Ltd., the investment promotion project of Luobo Township in 2008, successfully acquired 40 mu of new factory buildings in Chengxi Industrial Park of Qingshen county. Project work
According to the statistical data of Qingshen Yearbook 2011, in May 2010, the construction of 500kV high-voltage line was started in Luobo. The project involved 19 households, with a demolition area of more than 4 mu. In September 2010, the Construction Party of Chengdu Mianyang Leshan Intercity Railway (Qingshen section), China Railway No.5 engineering group, built prefabricated houses, beam yards and mixing stations in Luobo Township, covering an area of about 254 mu. There are 52 households involved in land acquisition and demolition of Chengdu Mianyang Leshan intercity railway project in Luobo Township, with a land area of nearly 1000 mu. In December 2010, the relevant land acquisition and demolition work was basically completed. In December 2010, the launching ceremony of the Minjiang River electro navigation project was held in Longquan Village, Luobo township. In 2010, Luobo Township won the construction projects of Luoxin Road, Longxian road and Luoqing Road, with a project capital of more than 7 million yuan. We will implement the toilet improvement project and the village clinic construction project, and strive for more than 300000 yuan of project funds. Luobo Township originally had Luobo middle school, Luobo Township Central Primary School and village run primary schools in each village. At the end of 1995, all village run primary schools were abolished and concentrated in Township Central Primary Schools. After that, the middle school and primary school were merged and called "Luobo school".
