Township Construction
Planning and construction
Badong town is voluntary, supported by the government and organized by the association. In the process of developing facility agriculture, Badong town always adheres to the principle of "unified design, voluntary self construction, qualified acceptance and government subsidy", that is, the solar greenhouse is voluntarily declared by farmers for construction and operation, while the government gives some financial support to the farmers who develop the greenhouse. After the farmers have completed the greenhouse and passed the acceptance, the government gives cash subsidy funds. At the same time, the professional association of farmers and vegetables should be set up, which is fully responsible for the implementation of household number, land adjustment, fund raising, cooperation in planning, supervision of construction, etc. Especially in material procurement and fund use, the method of "association procurement and government subsidy" is adopted, that is, the association is responsible for the procurement of all kinds of materials, and the government makes unified settlement and payment, so as to effectively ensure the openness and fairness of engineering construction and further enhance the transparency.
Agricultural construction
Badong town government and people work together to develop water sources and supporting facilities. According to the principle of "the government helps and the villagers build", a new mechanical and electrical well is drilled between every 2-3 greenhouses in the area with relatively rich water resources. In the area with relatively short water resources, the government subsidizes the cost of relevant materials and required materials, and farmers invest in laying underground water diversion pipes to solve the problem of water use and ensure sufficient irrigation. In addition, 1500 meters of low-voltage lines will be set up with government investment to facilitate farmers' wiring into the shed and ensure the smooth construction and production of farmers to the maximum extent. Build the market, seek orders, smooth marketing. In order to ensure that greenhouse growers "produce, sell well and increase benefits", Badong town plans to build a vegetable wholesale market in the village to facilitate the villagers to sell vegetables. At the same time, organize farmers' brokers to actively expand the market and contact orders. In addition, Badong town also plans to introduce leading vegetable processing enterprises inside and outside the area, invest in the construction of a constant temperature fresh-keeping warehouse, vigorously develop vegetable fresh-keeping processing, and realize product value-added. The construction of solar greenhouse in Badong town is only a miniature of the development of facility agriculture in the whole banner. It is estimated that after the completion of the greenhouse, each greenhouse can grow 3-4 crops of vegetables every year, and the annual net income of each greenhouse can reach 10000 yuan.
