Caiyu town
Caiyu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the southeast of Daxing District, between 116 ° 35'29 "~ 116 ° 43'16" E and 39 ° 35'13 "~ 39 ° 41'15" n. It is adjacent to Yongledian town of Tongzhou District in the East, Guangyang District of Langfang City in the south, and zhangziying town in the West and North. The town covers an area of 71.55 square kilometers.
In 1928, Daxing County was put under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province. In 1930, Caiyu town was built. In December 1948, Caiyu was liberated, belonging to the Ninth District of Daxing County, with jurisdiction over one town and 73 villages. In 1953, it was the Fifth District of Daxing County with 11 townships. In 1956, Daxing County withdrew the district and merged the township. Caiyu Township governed 27 villages and fengheying Township 25 villages. In September 1958, Caiyu people's commune was established, which has jurisdiction over Caiyu, Qingyundian, zhangziying, fengheying, Zhuzhuang, dapiying and other areas, including 2 towns and 112 villages. In April 1961, Caiyu commune was divided into Caiyu commune, Qingyundian commune, zhangziying commune and fengheying commune. In July 1974, two communes, Zhuzhuang and dapiying, emerged from Caiyu commune. In July 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In February 1990, the township was transformed into a town. In March 2000, dapiying and fengheying were merged. By the end of 2018, the population of the town had 33962 registered residence. As of June 2020, Caiyu town has 4 communities and 55 administrative villages, and the town government is located in Caiyu town economic and Technological Development Zone.
In 2011, the total industrial output value of Caiyu town reached 1.84 billion yuan. The total revenue was 46.23 million yuan, an increase of 194.3% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax was 22.8 million yuan, value-added tax was 4.21 million yuan and enterprise income tax was 4.04 million yuan, up 40.4%, 58.3% and 64.2% respectively over the previous year. The per capita fiscal revenue was 1400 yuan, an increase of 16.7% over the previous year.
History of construction
The mining and breeding area originally belonged to gu'anci County, known as caiweili.
Liao Kai Tai Yuan year (1012), known as Caiwei yuan, belongs to Xijin Fu.
Liao Taiping six years (1026), belongs to Nanjing daoxijin house.
In the 19th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1282), it belonged to Shanglinyuan. In the 21st year, it set up the office of the general manager of Dadu Road, renamed caiweili, belonging to donganzhou.
In the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1368), Dadu road was changed into Beiping mansion.
In 1407, Shanglinyuan was changed into Shanglinyuan supervisor.
In the first year of Hongxi of Ming Dynasty (1425), liangmu and Linheng were appointed as the two departments and the Department of Tibetan education was established.
In 1684, it was named Caiyu and has continued to this day.
In the 32nd year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty (1767), the mining and breeding area was assigned to Daxing County.
