Yonghe Street
Yonghe street, a street under the jurisdiction of Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, was established in August 2005. Its total area is 34 square kilometers. There is huafeng temple, a famous Lingnan Buddhist temple built in 1682. The natural environment of Yonghe street is beautiful, and the greening rate of the whole district reaches 51%. Yonghe street is the transportation hub of eight economic groups in Huangpu District, where the municipal infrastructure is perfect. There are two urban tunnels, two 110000 kV substations, modern sewage treatment plant and liquefied gas station, Xinhe Waterworks with daily water supply capacity of 300000 tons, and roads in the area extend in all directions, with trunk roads Road 50 meters wide, sidewalks, green belt throughout the region; international program-controlled telephone and computer network lines unimpeded, complete, and built a star hotel.
Geographical advantages
Yonghe street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, is the forefront of Guangzhou's implementation of the Eastward Strategy. It is located in the Golden Corridor of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong with developed economy in the Pearl River Delta, covering an area of 33.2 square kilometers, surrounded by mountains on three sides, with beautiful environment and outstanding people.
Based on the former Yonghe Economic Zone, Yonghe sub district office was established in August 2005 after taking over Yonggang, Xinzhuang, Hefeng and Xianjiang administrative villages in Xintang Town of Zengcheng City according to the new administrative division adjustment plan of Guangzhou approved by the State Council. There are 37 economic societies and 428 registered enterprises in the street. In 2012, the total industrial output value within the jurisdiction exceeded 35 billion yuan.
Facilities
The natural environment of Yonghe street is beautiful, and the greening rate of the whole district reaches 51%. The industrial enterprises in the area are under strict control of environmental protection, with modern "three wastes" treatment facilities and systems, and all environmental protection indexes meet the national standards.
It is the transportation hub of the eight economic groups in Luogang district. It is surrounded by Guangzhou Shenzhen Zhuhai Expressway, Guanghui expressway, Guangyuan expressway, Guangzhou North 2nd Ring Expressway, Guangzhou Shenzhen highway, Guangzhou Shantou highway Ring Road, Guangzhou Metro, Baiyun International Airport, Huangpu new port Matou, etc.

Yonghe street has developed rapidly relying on Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone is a national development zone approved by the State Council in 1984. It is one of the national development zones with the fastest development and the most foreign investment in China. Yonghe Economic Zone, the foundation of Yonghe street, with an overall planning area of 34 square kilometers, is an emerging investment hot spot with huge development space. It is also a Taiwan investment zone in Guangzhou approved and named by the provincial government, which implements preferential policies for Taiwan investment.
Yonghe Economic Zone has introduced a number of large and medium-sized foreign-funded projects on the developed land of 7.8 square kilometers. Among them, the mass singing activities organized by Jiangdong yuequ club and Xiantang yuequ club in Xianjiang village are particularly characteristic. Yuequ Club performs regularly for the masses, which has set off an upsurge of community learning to sing yuequ in surrounding villages.
Landscape advantage
Huafeng temple, located in Hefeng village, Yonghe street, was built in 1682 A.D. during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. It is a famous Lingnan Buddhist temple in history. It was once included as a famous temple in the annals of Chinese famous temples (only Guangxiao temple and Huafeng temple are included in Guangdong Province). According to historical records, the temple covers an area of more than 40000 square meters in its heyday, with a total construction area of 5600 square meters. It is under comprehensive reconstruction and will be open to tourists in the near future.
