Nanchentun Township, belonging to Yunhe District, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, borders on Nanhuan street in the East, zhangguantun Township, Cangxian County in the south, zhifangtou Township, Cangxian County in the west, Xihuan street and Xiaowangzhuang town in the north, with a total area of 42.9 square kilometers.
In 1958, the community of Chen Tun in Jian Nan was replaced by South Chen Tun Township in 1982, and it was suburban in 1996. It was incorporated into Yao Chuang-tzu Township in 1996. In 1997, it was assigned to the canal area. By the end of 2018, 49080 households in South Chen Tun Village had registered residence. As at June 2020, 30 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Nan Chen Tun Township, and the Township People's government was stationed in South Chen Tun Village.

History of construction
In 1958, the South chentun commune was established.
In 1982, it was changed to nanchentun Township, a suburb.
In 1996, yaozhuangzi township was incorporated into the city.
