Taipingba Township, subordinate to Fengdu County of Chongqing, is located in the south of Fengdu County, adjacent to Pengshui County in the East, Shizhu County in the southeast, Dudu Township in the south, Dudu Township in the southwest, Wuping town in the west, Dudu Township and Wuping town in the northwest, Longtan Township in the North and Wuping town in the northeast. History of construction
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the territory belongs to Chongde township. In December 1940, it belonged to Wuping township.
In May 1953, Taiping Township was established from Wuping township.
In October 1958, Taiping Township was transformed into Taiping commune.
In June 1984, Taiping commune was changed into Taiping Township.
In August 1992, Taiping Township was merged into Wuping town.
In 1998, Wuping town set up taipingba township.
