Shiyao town
Shiyao Town, belonging to Jiangjin District of Chongqing, is located in the west of Jiangjin District, bordering Baisha Town and Tanghe town in the East, Bailu Town, Rongshan town and Wanglong town in Hejiang County of Sichuan Province in the south, Zhutuo town in Yongchuan District across the river in the west, Songji town and Zhuyang town in Yongchuan District in the north, with a total area of 208.75 square kilometers.
In the early Qing Dynasty, shilao town belonged to sishanli; in December 1993, shilao Town, Erxi town and Yangliu town were merged to build shilao town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Shek Shui town was 102569. As of June 2020, shilaokou town has 3 communities and 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in Zhongshang Road, shilaokou community.
In 2018, there were 72 industrial enterprises in Shiyao Town, including one above scale and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, Shi Yao town was located in Si Shan Li. In the 33rd year of Kangxi (1694), shilao town belonged to ten capitals. In 1910, Shiyao town belonged to Shiquan town.
In 1935, the Baojia system was implemented, and Shiyao town was in the third district. In 1937, it was the joint protection of the stone toad. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the joint insurance system was abolished and shilao township was established.
In December 1949, Shiyao Township belonged to the fourth district.
In September 1958, Shiyao township was changed into Shiyao commune.
In March 1984, Shiyao commune was changed into Shiyao township.
In December 1993, shilao Township, Erxi Township and Yangliu Township were merged to build shilao town.
In November 1998, Xianyu township was merged into shilao town.
In March 2001, manuscript town was merged into Shiyao town.
In May 2004, Yangshi town was merged into Shiyao town.
