Yingzhou Town, subordinate to Lingshui Li Autonomous County of Hainan Province, is located in the southwest of Lingshui Li Autonomous County, adjacent to Longguang town and Xincun town in the East, Nanhai town in the south, Haitangwan town in Sanya City in the west, and Liugong Township in Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County in the north. The town people's government is 24 kilometers away from Lingshui Li Autonomous County. The total area is 129 square kilometers.

In 1951, Yingzhou township was established. In 1988, it was renamed British town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Yingzhou town was 40821. As of June 2020, Yingzhou town governs 17 administrative villages. The town people's government is located in Yingzhou village.
