Hele Town, belonging to Wanning City, Hainan Province, is located in the east coast of Wanning City, Hainan Island. It is connected to the sea in the East, Houan town in the south, liulianling town in the West and Shangen town in the north. The town people's government is 27 kilometers away from the city. The total administrative area is 80.4 square kilometers.
Helexiang was established in August 1957 and changed into a town in 1987. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yue Le town was 61335. As of June 2020, hele town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages and another village level administrative unit. The town people's government is located at 38 hele Avenue.

topographic features
Hele town has hills in the northwest, inland sea in the southeast and plain in the middle. The soil is mainly sandy soil and sandy loam. Longshouwan River enters from Luowan District, passes Xintian, Liuchuan and other districts, and flows into Gangbei Xiaohai from the southeast. In 1959, the red reservoir was built in the Northwest with a capacity of 5 million cubic meters.
The eastern coastal plain belongs to the depression part in the southeast of Hainan Island dome series. Its basement is an ancient metamorphic rock series. The Zhanjiang formation of early Pleistocene is distributed in the north of hele and Wancheng. It is a coastal similar sandy muddy deposit and bay Cape accumulation. After the Quaternary, the earth's crust was in the process of rising, and most of the strata in the plain were covered by Cenozoic strata. Quaternary deposits developed along the coast and the four rivers of Taiyang, Longgun, Longshou and Longwei rivers, forming a new coastal marine plain and river alluvial terrace plain. In particular, the early Pleistocene and Holocene deposits are mainly distributed, and the Middle Pleistocene and late Pleistocene strata are rarely distributed. The Zhanjiang formation of the early Pleistocene is distributed in the north of hele and Wancheng, which is composed of coastal similar Sandy and muddy deposits and bay Cape deposits.
