Chengguan Town
Chengguan Town, belonging to Dangchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of Dangchang county. It is adjacent to chela Township in the East, Xinchengzi Tibetan Township in the south, Hejiabao Township in the west, Jiangtai Township in the north and Jiahe Township in the northeast. It is the residence of the people's Government of Dangchang County, with a total area of 104.31 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, tangwali was set up in Chengguan town; in October 1983, TangChang commune was changed into Chengguan town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Chengguan town was 34264. As of June 2020, Chengguan town has 4 communities and 16 administrative villages.
The main food crops in Chengguan town are wheat, corn and potato; the main animal husbandry is raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry. In 2018, Chengguan town has one industrial enterprise and 56 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, Tang Wali (today's Dong family) was set up.
In 1912, Dangchang town and Xijin Township were established.
In September 1949, there were Dangchang Township, Xijin Township, Dangchang District, Shilei Township and Shiqiao Township, the Sixth Central District of Minxian county.
In June 1954, it was under the jurisdiction of Xigu County; in November of the same year, it belonged to Dangchang County, where the government of Dangchang county was located.
In 1958, it merged with guan'e Township and became Dangchang town.
In September 1958, Dangchang town was changed into Dangchang commune.
In October 1983, Dangchang commune was transformed into Chengguan town.

In 2011, Chengguan town has four communities, namely Xincheng, Xiaba, Renmin Street and Honghe, 16 administrative villages, namely Shilei, Jiucheng, Hongguang, Renmin Street, Guangming, Lianmeng, Potou, yudihe, jizichuan, Dacaotan, Maanshan, guane, washeping, Lijie, Qiaojia village and Luren, and 60 villager groups.
