Huancheng Town, belonging to Weishan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Weishan County and the East Bank of Zhaoyang lake. History of construction
Before 1949, Huancheng town belonged to seven districts of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province.
After 1949, it belongs to the Fourth District of Xuecheng county.
In March 1956, Xuecheng county was abolished and transferred to Weishan County. In September of the same year, it was transferred to Tengxian county.
In December 1958, it was transferred to Weishan County and a commune was established.
