Evolution of organizational system
The street office is located in "Shangguan village". In 1820, it belonged to yingdao township of Daozhou. In 1913, it belonged to Shuinan Township, the first district of Dao County. In September 1950, it was Shuinan Township and Dongyuan Township, the first district of Dao County. In June 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into Qiligang township. In October 1958, it was part of the red flag people's commune. Shangguan people's commune was established in May 1961. In April 1984, it was changed to Shangguan Township in Gongba district. In December 2011, the township was removed and set as a street.
